By accessing or using the 16ShotEm Visualz website or booking any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All studio bookings require a minimum of 2 hours. A deposit or full payment is required to secure your reservation. Late arrivals do not extend your booking time. Overtime is billed at the applicable hourly rate. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule. No-shows forfeit their deposit.
Clients retain rights to their own content recorded in our studio. By appearing in a 16ShotEm Visualz interview or production, you grant us a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and promote that content on our platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, etc.) unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
All clients and guests are expected to conduct themselves professionally while on premises. We reserve the right to end any session without refund if a client or guest engages in disruptive, dangerous, or illegal behavior.
16ShotEm Visualz is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen property. Clients are responsible for their own equipment and storage media (SD cards, etc.). We are not responsible for technical failures outside of our control.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
